Back to the zoo, this time with Aunt Katelyn.  And another opportunity to wear the leash because that many adult cannot handle a toddler.  Really it's more about getting to wear an awesome lion backpack!

The most amazing event was another encounter with Samson the ape.  Jon was with Peyton at the indoor portion of the ape habitat, were you can look through the windows to see the animals.  There were a ton of people at the exhibit on this bustling Saturday, so much so that I was stuck in the back with the stroller.  But out of the nowhere the ape started approaching the glass... closer... closer... closer.  Just then he reached his hand up and placed it of the glass, directly over Peyton's hand and looked her straight in the eye.  Like he found his long lost soul sista.  She was so startled that she started to cry.  Don't blame her, it's not like she understands glass yet!
