| Too cool for helmet |
Peyton thought her helmet was cool at first, probably because she saw mommy put her helmet on and she knows mommy is a cool cat. But sitting back in her seat just pushes the helmet over her face. Not a great view on the way to the park. Needless to say, we couldn't pull the wool over her eyes on the way back home.
Miss Thang should really give us a break, we make the bike ride as kid friendly as possible. Jon hooks up his iPhone speakers so we can listen to Sesame Street's Greatest Hits as we ride. It's ultra cool when we pass people on the trail because Jon rings his ridiculous ding-a-ling-a-ling bell as he belts out Rubber Ducky. "Passing on your left," we say as they give us the you're-a-weirdo look.
